Cancellation Policy
Due to the extremely high demand for services in our office we have a very strict 72 business hour cancellation policy. Saturday and Sunday are not valid days as they are outside of business hours.
We kindly request that you let your yes, mean yes, and avoid booking any appointments that you do not fully intend to keep. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who repeatedly cancels their appointments.
Failure to give the proper notice of cancellation will result in the full fee for the service(s) you were scheduled for. For example, if you were scheduled for a CEDSA Screening and an Ionic Foot Bath you will be charged for both services ($265.00 total.)
When We Travel
Have equipment, will travel!!! Due to the great amount of non-refundable expenses incurred to travel to you, no cancellations are allowed.
if you are late for your appointment
If you are late for your scheduled appointment time, the full fee will be due even if the duration of your scheduled services must be reduced.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards including HSA and FSA cards. In addition, if you provide a good or service that we can use, we can negotiate a barter.
Payment is due at the time services or goods are rendered unless specific arrangements have been made otherwise.
We appreciate how costly taking care of our health is and since we are unable to accept insurance we are willing to work with you on the payment of your bill if you are serious about your health and need reasonable assistance in this regard.
returns
We do not accept returns on any homeopathic supplements. All requests for the return or exchange of any other unopened or unused product or good will be considered on a case by case basis.
